Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"MorphingLabs" or "the Service" refers to the AI-powered platform for automated SEO article generation, operated by MorphingLabs. "User" refers to any person or entity that creates an account and uses the Service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

MorphingLabs automatically generates SEO-optimized articles for your website using artificial intelligence. The Service offers:

  • Automatic article generation based on your configuration.
  • SEO optimization with primary and secondary keywords.
  • A public API for integration with your website.
  • A dashboard for managing sites and articles.

4. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential. All activity under your account is your own responsibility. Report any unauthorized use to us immediately.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
  • Each plan includes a fixed number of articles per month. Unused articles do not carry over to the next month.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

Articles generated by MorphingLabs are your property once published. You may freely use, modify, and distribute them. The source code, design, and brand name of MorphingLabs remain the property of MorphingLabs.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Produce spam or misleading content.
  • Overload the Service with automated requests beyond the API limits.
  • Circumvent or undermine the security of the Service.
  • Generate content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

8. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate content. While we strive for accurate and high-quality output, we cannot guarantee that all generated information is factually correct. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing content on your website.

9. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and external outages (Stripe, Supabase) may affect availability.

10. Liability

MorphingLabs is provided "as is". We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings, after which all your data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
